1.1 Nature of the Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the jd99 platform ("Platform" or "Site") and any user ("User" or "you") of its services. From the moment you access or begin using the jd99 platform, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply. Together, these documents form the complete agreement.

1.2 Language & Interpretation

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute over interpretation, the decision of jd99 authorities shall be final. If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining parts shall continue to be fully effective.

1.3 Effective Date of Terms

These Terms take effect from the date of publication. jd99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. All times are calculated according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

To participate on the jd99 platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age (for users aged 21+ only).
• Be legally capable and have the right to enter into agreements on your own behalf.
• Operate only one account in your own name.
• Provide information that is completely true and accurate.

If a user opens an account using false information, jd99 reserves the right to cancel that account and forfeit any deposited funds.

2.2 Registration Process & Verification

You must provide accurate personal information when registering an account. jd99 may request documents for identity verification at any time. Failure or refusal to provide information may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is a serious violation and may result in account termination and fund confiscation.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without authorization, notify the support team immediately.

3.1 Updating Information

If any registered account details change (such as your mobile number or email), you must notify the jd99 support team immediately. jd99 will not be responsible for any delayed or failed transactions resulting from outdated information.

3.2 Inactive Accounts

An account may be declared inactive if there has been no activity for an extended period. Any bonus balance in an inactive account may be cancelled. The original deposited funds will remain untouched and can be withdrawn once the account is reactivated.

3.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. It is your responsibility to settle all pending bets and complete any withdrawals before closing your account. jd99 may take a reasonable amount of time to process account closure requests.

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The jd99 platform currently accepts deposits through the following payment methods:

• bKash — a popular mobile banking service in Bangladesh.
• Nagad — a mobile financial service from the postal department.
• Rocket — a mobile wallet service from Dutch-Bangla Bank.

The minimum deposit for each method is ৳200. The maximum limit may vary by method, and jd99 reserves the right to change it without notice.

Deposits through any method other than those listed above are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods & Limits

The same methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

Before submitting a withdrawal request, please ensure that:

• Your account identity has been fully verified.
• The wagering requirements for any applicable bonus have been met.
• The payment method details for the withdrawal request are correct.

4.3 Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

jd99 may reject or put on hold a withdrawal in the following cases:

• Identity verification is incomplete.
• There is suspicion of money laundering or fraud.
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• A legal or security investigation is ongoing on the account.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jd99 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The bonus applies only once on the first deposit.

Example: Depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus.

The time limit to meet the wagering requirement starts from the date the bonus is issued. If the requirement is not met within the specified period, any remaining bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts, coordinating with others, or using any other fraudulent method to gain bonus benefits is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all bonuses will be cancelled immediately and the account may be permanently closed.

5.4 VIP Program

jd99's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

The conditions for VIP tier advancement, downgrade policy, and details of other benefits are determined by jd99 and may be changed at any time.

6.1 Bet Settlement

All bets will be settled according to the rules of the relevant game or event. If a game is left incomplete or incorrectly settled due to a technical error, jd99 reserves the right to cancel or re-settle that round. In such cases, the original bet amount will be refunded.

6.2 Game Fairness

6.3 Liability for Losses
